Aufgaben

• Manage all aspects of litigation, enforcement matters, investigations, and internal inquiries.
• Advise on cross-border matters with potential significant financial or reputational impact to EY.
• Consult with partners to avoid or mitigate civil, criminal, or regulatory exposure.
• Coordinate regulatory subpoenas and preservation notices and ensure compliance.
• Provide guidance on professional responsibility, conflicts, and independence issues.
• Develop defense strategies and coordinate with stakeholders and outside counsel.
• Oversee outside counsel spend and resource allocation.
• Conduct interviews of witnesses and experts; assist in mediations and settlements.
• Prepare key litigation documents, including briefs, pleadings, and discovery.
• Prepare witnesses for testimony and contribute to EY policy positions.
