Qualifications

• Autonomy in handling litigation, including civil, criminal, and regulatory matters.
• Experience as an attorney with significant litigation, including trial work.
• Strong analytical ability to synthesize facts and law.
• Active license to practice law in the resident EY office location.

Responsabilités

• Handle all aspects of litigation, enforcement matters and investigations.
• Advise on cross-border matters with potential financial or reputational impact to EY.
• Coordinate responses to regulatory subpoenas and preservation requests.
• Prepare key litigation documents and support witnesses for testimony.
