Zusammenfassung

Nomura in New York is seeking an Associate to join Global Listed Real Assets as a Client Portfolio Manager focused on Global Listed Infrastructure. You will support RFP responses and due diligence questionnaires, and work closely with internal and external clients to communicate investment views.

The role requires 3–5+ years in client-facing investments, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to translate complex concepts for institutional clients.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of relevant experience within Client Portfolio Management or other client-facing investment roles, preferably with knowledge of Global Equity strategies.
• Ability to work with multiple teams, locations and priorities.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Morningstar Direct, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Proficiency in FactSet, Bloomberg, and/or MSCI Barra is a plus.
• Ability to work with large data sets to concisely analyze and report insights/findings.
• Series 7 & 63 (preferred).

Aufgaben

• Maintain current knowledge of investment vehicle structures and positioning.
• Act as liaison between internal and external clients and the investment team.
• Translate complex investment concepts for institutional clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support client meetings, presentations, and ongoing relationship management.
• Ensure consistent messaging and positioning of investment strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams on client communications.
• Develop and maintain presentation materials, investment commentaries, and client communications.
• Support RFP responses and due diligence questionnaires.
• Contribute to whitepapers and thought leadership content.
