Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of manufacturing or construction experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited program in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Knowledge of manufacturing or construction industry material markets, competition, and industry trends.
• Negotiation skills with ability to effect decision making.
• Ability to manage high volumes of work and move complex projects forward in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Apply expertise in purchasing, product, technical, and supply chain to provide guidance to SourceBlue project teams and global company entities and clients.
• Review market dynamics to evaluate impact on vendor capacity, availability, and delivery; collaborate with vendor on resolution and clear stakeholder expectations.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and strategic evaluations of vendors for product performance, ESG alignment.
• Manage demand and capacity planning across supply chain programs and provide strategies for delivery adherence.
• Identify global, national, regional, and local vendor capacity needs; address SB service requirements.
• Manage vendor qualifications, create, negotiate, and manage terms and agreements; establish governance and onboarding.
• Provide recommendations and alternatives for strategic supply chain awards for final product selection by stakeholders.
• Develop and evaluate manufacturer vendor KPIs and publish lessons learned for internal development.
• Primary point of contact to manage supply chain issues and engage leadership as needed.
• Coordinate factory testing and attend tests at vendor sites.
• Participate in company-wide sourcing/procurement projects to identify opportunities and risks.
• Lead hiring, performance feedback, and training development for team members.
• Partner with Lighting Category Manager to drive long-term growth strategy for lighting category.
• Identify and evaluate emerging market opportunities and drive category adoption and margin improvement.
• Act as strategic partner to category leadership for market intelligence and cross-functional collaboration.
