Valmont Industries, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Legal Operations to build and run Valmont's global legal function operations. You will own budgets, outside counsel management, legal technology, data and reporting, enabling lawyers to focus on high-value work.

The role is a builder position, responsible for implementing e-billing/spend management, CALM integration with ERP, establishing metrics dashboards, and guiding AI adoption across Legal, reporting to the CLO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information systems or related field; 6+ years in related roles.
• Hands-on experience implementing e-billing or matter management platforms and integration.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting and spend analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own the legal department budget, planning, forecasting, accruals and variance reporting with Finance.
• Lead outside counsel management: panel design, letters, billing guidelines and AFAs.
• Manage legal vendor relationships and contracts, including ALSPs and other providers.
• Define legal tech roadmap: CLM, matter management, intake/triage, and entity management.
