Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a senior strategist for legal content transformation and AI governance. The role bridges legal/editorial teams, product managers, engineers, and AI stakeholders to implement AI-powered content solutions while preserving legal accuracy and editorial quality.

The candidate will own AI initiatives, establish governance standards, drive adoption, and shape the company’s long-term AI strategy for legal content across global regions.

Qualifications

• Experience in legal content, publishing, or editorial operations.
• Experience in AI governance, Responsible AI, or ethical AI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Meet with editorial, legal, product, and engineering teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvements.
• Gather requirements for content generation, summarization, classification, enrichment, and workflow automation initiatives.
• Evaluate new AI tools and determine their applicability for legal content workflows.
• Partner with engineering teams on the development and rollout of AI-enabled editorial products and features.
• Develop and maintain AI governance standards and content quality guidelines.
• Review metrics around content quality, workflow efficiency, model performance, and customer impact.
• Present recommendations, project updates, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
• Drive adoption of AI tools through training, coaching, and change management efforts.
• Research emerging AI, LLM, and legal-tech trends and translate them into practical business applications.
• Collaborate globally with stakeholders across multiple regions and legal systems.
