Job summary

Santa Clara University is seeking a Global Learning Program Manager within Global Engagement. The role leads advisory services for undergraduate programs, coordinates global learning initiatives, and supports student experiences abroad, faculty and staff collaboration, and intercultural learning.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of advising diverse student populations and learning resources
• Experience facilitating orientation and information sessions
• Ability to communicate effectively with multiple audiences and de-escalate charged situations

Responsibilities

• Overseeing Advising Framework: understand requirements, advise students on planning and enrollment, stay updated with policies and portfolio
• Program Management: manage specific Global Learning programs, supervise Peer Advisors, plan events and communication
• Cross-Departmental Communications: collaborate with campus units, market programs, update Terra Dotta content, support campus events
