Job summary

Genentech seeks an Operational Excellence Partner in PTD to connect Development, Clinical Manufacturing, Quality, Supply, Planning and Distribution. You will drive Lean initiatives, streamline value streams, and mentor leaders across regions, delivering measurable improvements in delivery and performance.

The role requires 8+ years in operational excellence, strong leadership in matrix organizations, and experience with digital/AI-enabled transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in operational excellence or related fields.
• Proven track record in Lean / transformation within complex environments.
• Experience driving cross-functional performance improvements and delivering impact.
