Job summary

GE Vernova seeks an experienced leader to drive the enterprise-wide deployment and continuous improvement of its Business System. You will scale Lean practices across manufacturing and transactional environments, coach leaders, and develop certification programs to advance lean maturity.

Travel up to 50% may be required to support multiple sites and business units. You will partner with leadership and learning teams to embed the Operating Method, deliver impactful training, and measure outcomes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related discipline).
  • Strong technical knowledge of Lean and Quality.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in lean, quality, operations, or engineering roles across manufacturing and transactional environments.
  • Previous experience with Business Systems architecture and deployment.
  • Proven track record leading enterprise-wide improvement initiatives and delivering quantifiable ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide deployment of GE Vernova Business System tools, methodologies, and training across manufacturing and transactional environments.
  • Collaborate on design, update, and deployment of training programs covering core Business System tools and processes; create classroom and digital learning experiences.
  • Provide coaching and facilitation for leaders, teams, and early career development programs; lead Train the Trainer and certification initiatives.
  • Develop and deploy tools, templates, playbooks, and best-practice guides to sustain Business System maturity.
  • Define success metrics, monitor progress, and refine strategies to maximize adoption and impact on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Job Description Summary

You will lead the enterprise-wide deployment, evolution, and adoption of core Business System tools and methodologies - including Problem Solving, Daily Management, Kaizen, and all key Lean practices and training across both manufacturing and transactional environments. This role is critical in embedding GE Vernova’s Operating Method and accelerating performance improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost throughout the enterprise. You will be a key change agent responsible for scaling the adoption of the GE Vernova Business System across all business units. Partnering with leadership and learning teams, you will lead the development and implementation of training programs that build capability and model behaviors. Your leadership and hands‑on coaching will enable teams to apply structured tools effectively to solve problems, improve processes, and drive business results.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Enterprise Business System Deployment – Lead the consistent rollout and scaling of the GE Vernova Business System tools, methodologies, and training programs -including Problem Solving, Lean Leadership, Kaizen, etc across manufacturing and transactional environments. Ensure integration and alignment of these tools with corporate and segment objectives. Build organizational capability to use these tools effectively to drive measurable improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Lean.
  • Training & Curriculum Development – Collaborate with Quality, Lean, Operations and Learning and Development teams to design, update, and deploy comprehensive training programs covering the main Business System tools and processes. Create engaging classroom and/or digital learning experiences that promote deep understanding and practical application. Deliver coaching, mentoring, and facilitation to leaders, teams, and Early Career Development Programs, supporting capability development and continuous learning. Lead the development and deployment of Train the Trainer for multiple tools. Develop Certification Programs to advance teams on the lean maturity.
  • High-Impact Deployment Support – Provide hands‑on facilitation and coaching for key initiatives such as Kaizen events, Problem Solving Training, Visual Project Management, Daily Management implementation, Executive Lean Leadership, and other. Help teams address complex operational challenges using the full suite of Business System tools.
  • Tools & Asset Development – Identify gaps and continuously enhance support materials such as job aids, templates, playbooks, and best practice guides that facilitate successful tool deployment. Share best practices and promote knowledge exchange to sustain and evolve Business System maturity.
  • Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement – Define key success metrics related to Business System adoption, capability growth, and impact on operational performance. Monitor progress, analyze results, and continuously refine strategies to maximize adoption and drive accelerated business outcomes.

Additional Information

  • For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $225,000 and $285,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
