Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of leadership experience and/or proven experience delivering effective soft skills training.
• In-depth understanding of human behavior psychology and neuroscience as relevant disciplines related to soft skills training and leadership development.
• Experience working with senior-level executives and high-potential leaders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and establish a reputation as a trusted advisor and expert in the field.
• Passion for continuous learning and development, both personally and professionally.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• English language - native or fluent and other languages.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training programs focused on leadership and soft skills, incorporating the latest insights from leadership, psychology, neuroscience, and other relevant disciplines.
• Assess training effectiveness and make necessary improvements based on feedback and analysis.
• Collaborate with the Leadership Development team and customize training programs to address clients’ specific needs, objectives and industries.
• Stay informed about the latest research, trends, and best practices in soft skills training and leadership development.
• Coach and mentor participants to support their development and growth as leaders.
• Employ various training methods and techniques to engage participants and maximize learning outcomes.
• Establish strong relationships with clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and expert in the field of soft skills training and leadership development.
