Job summary

You will manage cross‑functional teams across regions, own the hardware/software integration from virtual phases through prototyping and product launch, and drive TVM initiatives to hit EBIT targets while scaling electronics and sensor technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science/Engineering required.
• 10+ years automotive experience.
• 6+ years in design and release of vehicle systems.
• Willingness to travel to suppliers and Ford plants.
• Strong knowledge of automotive electronics and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead global design and verification strategy for Variable Braking Systems.
• Manage cross-functional collaboration with suppliers and vehicle teams.
• Own hardware/software system integration from virtual phase to launch.
• Deliver cost efficiencies and TVM initiatives for current programs.
• Maintain lifetime quality across 0, 1, 3, and 36 months in service.
