Job summary

Qualifications

• Approximately 10 years of experience in Packaged Gas Products operations with deep engineering knowledge.
• Degree in engineering and membership in a relevant professional body.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels, with ability to influence and build partnerships globally.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost-effective engineering designs and specifications for filling plants and special gases operations across multiple regions.
• Develop and implement automation technologies to enhance productivity and safety.
• Define, develop, and standardize new and existing product lines for regional replication.
• Lead and provide functional guidance to a global team of segment engineers and technical managers.
• Share best practices and deliver training on special gases filling principles, fuel-oxidiser mixtures, and assessments across regions.
