PepsiCo seeks a Digital Product Sr Manager for the Operational Twin to define, build, and scale a globalOperational Digital Twin across manufacturing plants, warehouses, and distribution centers.

You will own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog while collaborating with engineering, data, AI, and operations teams to deliver scalable capabilities that enable real-time intelligence and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Manufacturing Systems, OT, or Digital Transformation.
• Experience delivering enterprise digital products for manufacturing or warehouse operations.
• Experience with MES, WMS, SCADA, IoT platforms, historians, and enterprise analytics.
• Strong leadership in global, matrixed organizations and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Operational Digital Twin capabilities.
• Partner with engineering, data, AI, UX, and platform teams throughout Agile development.
• Translate business needs into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure releases meet security, scalability, and enterprise architecture standards.
