Job summary

Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc. (CHAI) seeks a Senior Associate to design, execute, and scale interventions reducing lead exposure. You will conduct analytical workstreams, support country-level implementation, and engage governments and partners to advance national and global goals.

This role requires strong analytical, project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills. Prior lead exposure or environmental health experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in fast-paced, results-oriented environments (e.g., consulting, finance, pharma).
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication abilities for decision makers.
• Ability to build relationships with government and external partners.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills, including reports for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, planning, and execution of analytical and operational workstreams for multi-country or country-specific projects to reduce lead exposure.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, such as market assessments, regulatory landscape mapping, burden estimation, and surveillance data interpretation.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for governments, donors, and CHAI leadership.
• Support country teams in developing national action plans, regulatory/enforcement frameworks, and surveillance systems.
