Job summary

Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) is a global health organization focused on saving lives by improving access to essential medicines and vaccines in low- and middle-income countries. The Program Manager will oversee a cross-cutting portfolio, coordinating with donors and partners to ensure timely, high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Public Health or related field; 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing large, complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Ability to perform well under pressure in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
• Strong relationship management with senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with program financial management and budgeting.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with global health issues.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating rhythm of the program, including planning and milestones.
• Develop and maintain project management tools to track work.
• Produce donor reports and external presentations.
• Manage contracts with consultants and partners, including invoicing.
• Organize high-level calls with partners and plan meetings.
• Maintain organized online project documentation.
• Support analyses to identify new product opportunities and market shaping.
• Conduct product landscaping to inform CHAI strategy.
• Prepare briefs and materials for country teams and donors.
• Travel up to 25–40% internationally.
