Job summary

Goodwin is seeking an organized, proactive professional to join the Firmwide Law School Relations team in Washington, DC. You will help coordinate summer associate and entry-level hiring, manage law school relationships, and support events and onboarding throughout the program cycle.

The role emphasizes data-driven hiring, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration with the Legal Recruiting team to ensure a smooth, compliant onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Excellent Excel skills and data handling.
• Strong written and verbal communication needed.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist LSR team with organizing on-campus events and tracking materials.
• Support relationships with law schools, student groups, and affinity networks.
• Coordinate Law School Relations events and manage invitations and registrations.
• Assist with summer associate hiring processes and OCI logistics.
• Serve as administrator for the shared Law School Relations inbox and respond to inquiries.
• Contribute to summer program planning, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Support entry-level onboarding and applicant tracking systems.
• Conduct market research and data modeling to support objectives.
• Support social media efforts (LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Provide general administrative support and process recruiting expenses.
