Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year engineering degree preferred; business or related field considered with experience.
• Minimum 5 years in medical device industry or equivalent.
• Experience in global regulatory, manufacturing, quality, IT, and logistics.
• Strong written and spoken communication across organizational levels.
• Highly organized with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, communicate, and implement project plans; monitor progress and performance against plan.
• Identify scope, timeline, and resources for labelling projects across products and regions.
• Drive multiple parallel projects with cross-functional teams.
• Review labelling updates for regulatory alignment and content accuracy.
• Estimate costs, resources, and durations; monitor activities and allocate tasks.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams for resources and contributions.
• Conduct project meetings and report status to stakeholders.
• Analyze tools and processes; propose improvements; drive Six Sigma/Agile initiatives.
• Manage complex label content for diverse products; interact with vendors and NPI teams.
