Job summary

Teleflex seeks a Global Labeling Systems Application Manager to maintain the Kallik/Veraciti platform across regions. You will ensure labeling workflows are stable, compliant, and traceable within a GxP environment, aligned to EU MDR/IVDR, ISO 13485, and 21 CFR Part 11.

You will manage incident response, change control, and integration with SAP and DMS, coordinating with Regulatory/Quality and global teams to drive continuous improvement and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of enterprise application support in regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience with labeling/artwork management systems.
• Experience with CSV/Excel mapping, basic SQL queries, and log analysis.
• English proficiency; German an advantage for certain sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for the Kallik labeling platform across regions.
• Configure objects, user roles, and routing/approval logic in the system.
• Ensure compliant approvals, audit trails, and 21 CFR Part 11 controls.
• Coordinate validations, testing, and release governance; support audits.
