Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (engineering, life sciences, CS, operations)
5+ years of project management experience in regulated environments
Experience delivering laboratory automation or scientific technology projects
Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and automation technologies
Experience managing cross-functional projects with scientific stakeholders
Experience with quality, validation, or regulatory processes

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of laboratory automation projects from concept to handoff.
Develop project charters, scope, schedules, budgets, resource plans, risk registers, and roadmaps.
Establish governance, milestones, decision points, and success criteria.
Manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and vendors.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, operations, automation, IT, and quality.
Ensure projects comply with quality, data integrity, and regulatory requirements.
