Job summary

Feedinkoo is seeking a highly motivated Jr Project Manager to support the Data Analytics, AI & Applications team. This global role collaborates with cross-functional teams across Australia, the US, and other time zones to drive data and digital initiatives.

You will coordinate projects, apply Agile practices, manage backlogs, and help with procurement, CERs, onboarding, and reporting. Success requires strong organization and clear communication in a hybrid or remote work setup.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management.
• Proven ability to lead Agile project activities including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder demos.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and experience with platforms such as Azure DevOps, Git, or GitHub.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a focus on translating needs into actionable tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and collaboration platforms like Miro or Teams.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Comfortable working with procurement, HR, and IT platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in a global team, including across time zones and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and delivery of multiple data and application projects in support of strategic business objectives.
• Apply Agile methodologies to plan sprints, facilitate stand‑ups, maintain backlogs, and manage team cadence.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define priorities, and align expectations across departments.
• Track progress against delivery milestones using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Coordinate with procurement teams for contract renewals and software licensing.
• Assist in the preparation and processing of Capital Expenditure Requests (CERs).
• Support onboarding of contractors/consultants via HR and vendor management systems.
• Maintain status dashboards, RAID logs, and other operational trackers to ensure visibility and accountability.
