Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Operations, Strategic Planning, Corporate Development, or Consulting.
• Prior exposure to M&A, integration, or transformation work is a plus.
• Experience leading annual planning, OKRs, or company operating rhythms.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management and analytical support for cross-functional initiatives.
• Drive department-level initiative prioritization and execution.
• Support analyses and recommendations for new strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to diagnose operational pain points.
