Job description

The Global HRIS & Analytics Team is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated

Junior HRIS Analyst (all genders)

Full time and temporary for 12 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Serve as the first point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries, providing effective solutions based on customer needs.
• Analytics and Dashboards: Assist in creating and maintaining HR analytics tools and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
• Process Coordination: Help in the creation, coordination, and centralization of Global HR processes.
• Project Participation: Actively engage in global HRIS projects aimed at developing and improving our HRIS systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources (preferably with a focus on HRIS), Finance, or a related field.
• Familiarity with HR analytics and HRIS is advantageous.
• Keen interest in innovative HR solutions and continuous process improvement.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
