Job summary

Koch Capabilities Finance seeks a Global Invoice to Pay (ITP) Operations Leader to deliver and transform ITP services for Molex. You’ll serve as the single operational contact across regions, translating priorities into a global approach and driving execution with regional teams.

You will be accountable for service performance, risks, and escalations while partnering with Molex leaders to shape strategy and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience owning operational outcomes.
Experience leading or executing accounts payment processes.
Ability to manage team priorities effectively and hold team members accountable.
Experience influencing without authority through building rapport and cultivating strong working relationships.
Ability to effectively and proactively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization, from team members to senior executives.

Responsibilities

Define service delivery expectations with Molex leadership, identify root causes, and trade-offs across service, cost, risk, and transformation.
Own outcomes in a matrix delivery model and lead through influence with regional leaders on talent development.
Develop a POV on global metrics and benchmarking to monitor performance against market benchmarks.
Drive continuous transformation in processes and frame project recommendations for business leaders.
