Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is seeking an Accounting Analyst for the Wichita, KS area to join the Invoice-to-Pay team. The role emphasizes critical thinking, collaboration, and delivering insights across the business.

You will handle diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, partnering with global colleagues to optimize collections and internal controls. The position requires experience in accounting/finance, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounting/Finance with solid understanding of accounting processes.
• Experience building relationships across multiple levels of the organization.
• Strong communication with ability to tailor messages to varied audiences.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Experience learning new systems and improving processes.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivots, graphs and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategies to optimize capability and resolve issues, with escalation as needed.
• Develop recommendations and drive waste elimination through transformation opportunities.
• Share knowledge, communicate effectively, and partner cross-functionally with KES and external teams.
• Proactively manage and own your portfolio of customers.
