Job summary

Goldbelt C6, LLC in Dunn Loring, VA is seeking a Logistics and Compliance Manager to lead procurement, logistics operations, and ITAR/EUM duties across DS/T/ATA programs. The role coordinates with US Embassy staff, manages end-use monitoring, and develops budgets for donor equipment.

You will draft SOPs, liaise with DDTC, ensure regulatory compliance, and supervise purchases of weapons systems and training equipment while maintaining accurate reports and vendor relations.

Qualifications

• Must be US citizen and possess or be able to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration or financial management or 15 years logistics experience in the military or government sector.
• Ten years of experience in national and international logistics operations; experience with overseas logistics operations and working with U.S. Embassy Staff and Host Country Representatives.
• Experience with ITAR and FAR regulations; Blue Lantern and Golden Sentry programs.

Responsibilities

• Procurement advisement and informs Procurement Manager and ATA staff on all logistics matters.
• Daily procurement and logistics operations to support DS/T/ATA programs (CRT, PNL, EIC/AEIC, PBI, and others).
• Negotiates with vendors to obtain product/service information, pricing, availability and delivery dates.
• Specializes in procurement of foreign and domestic military weapons systems and components, ordnance and explosives.
• Drafts purchase requests and requisitions and develops data input to request funds for purchases.
• Maintains oversight of procurement of weapons, ammunition, police supplies, training aids and ordnance via open market and government channels.
• Establishes relationships with DS CAP/Acquisitions; troubleshoots invoices; manages EUM SOPs.
