Job summary

Aquent Talent connects top talent with global brands for immersive digital experiences. We seek an IT Project Manager to drive a portfolio of interconnected technical initiatives from concept to delivery, partnering with software, product, and design teams to execute complex transformations.

You will lead agile ceremonies, manage budgets, procure hardware/software, and establish governance to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes that deliver measurable ROI for enterprise-scale programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of technical PM/PMO experience delivering enterprise-class solutions.
• Strong cloud, API, database, and platform dependencies knowledge.
• SDLC, engineering or product development experience.
• Proven negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Expert in dependency mapping.
• Experience blending Agile/Lean/Kanban/Waterfall practices.
• DevOps, CI/CD and TDD concepts understanding.
• Experience coaching teams on PM practices.
• Ability to understand architectural and technical aspects of projects.
• Experience managing large project budgets.
• Proficient with MS Office, Keynote, Smartsheet, Clarity, Jira, Tableau, PowerBI.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of technical projects across full lifecycle within budget.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership to optimize processes for prioritized projects.
• Define and manage Agile ceremonies for large teams.
• Oversee hardware and software procurement for projects.
• Develop a program plan with parallel projects and multiple PMs.
• Monitor and adjust plans to hit business goals amid changes.
• Establish governance and senior-level program oversight.
• Implement fiscal controls and ROI reporting.
• Build infrastructure to support program objectives.
