Job summary

DEUTZ Corporation in Georgia is seeking an experienced Corporate IT Trainer to design, develop, and deliver training programs across IT applications and mentor the Key User Organization.

You will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, create modules, deliver sessions, assess learning outcomes, and stay current with software versions and best practices. Domestic and international travel is anticipated.

Qualifications

• 3 years of corporate training experience.
• Experience with major business applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, education, or related field.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver training programs.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT department and global IT organization to identify training needs.
• Conduct training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and observations.
• Develop training programs with clear learning objectives and diverse delivery methods.
• Create training materials including presentations, handouts, and online modules.
• Deliver engaging training sessions for varied learning styles and levels of experience.
• Utilize instructional techniques such as demonstrations, hands-on exercises, case studies, and group discussions.
• Facilitate a positive learning environment and provide ongoing trainee support.
• Develop assessments to evaluate trainee comprehension and effectiveness of programs.
• Analyze training data and update content and delivery methods.
