Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Senior IT Sourcing Manager to lead a global team of commodity managers and define IT services, software, and goods procurement strategy. You will drive cost-to-serve improvements and influence regional buyers to achieve year-on-year savings and quality gains.

The role reports to the Director, Global Indirect Sourcing and offers a hybrid schedule in Milwaukee, WI. Requires 8+ years in strategic sourcing with strong software and IT procurement knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience required.
• Legal authorization to work in the US; visa sponsorship not provided.
• Willingness to travel 20% (international and domestic).

Responsibilities

• Lead complex contract negotiations including software licensing, subscriptions, professional services, and supplier terms.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies delivering cost savings and TCO improvements.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance via KPIs, governance reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Perform spend analysis, supplier benchmarking, and reporting.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across IT, Security, Finance, Legal and Operations.
• Know and apply RFP/RFQ, supplier evaluation, and contract management processes.
• Oversee global sourcing strategies and supplier portfolios across regions.
