Job summary

Rockwell Automation seeks a senior IT Sourcing leader to develop and manage global IT services, software, and goods sourcing strategies. You will guide regional IT sourcing managers and analysts to improve total cost, quality, and service for employees worldwide.

You will report to the Director of Global Indirect Sourcing and lead cross-functional teams while driving cost-to-serve improvements in IT sourcing, with a hybrid schedule based in Milwaukee, WI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to travel 20% of the time, international and domestic.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex contract negotiations including software licensing, subscriptions, professional services, and terms.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies delivering cost savings and TCO improvements.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance via KPIs and governance reviews.
• Perform spend analysis, benchmarking, and reporting to drive decisions.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across IT, Security, Finance, Legal, Operations.
• Knowledge of RFP/RFQ processes, supplier evaluation, and CLM.
