Job summary

Hui Huliau is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Specialist to manage packaging and shipping of IT equipment to domestic and overseas posts, conforming to CA and Diplomatic Security standards. Inspect items, prepare documentation, and coordinate with carriers to meet lead times and ensure inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience with inbound/outbound shipments and timely dispatch.
• Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips for accuracy.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related warehouse equipment.
• Maintain inventory records using a warehouse management system (WMS) and perform cycle counts.
• Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with carriers to meet requirements.

Responsibilities

• Inbound and outbound shipping processing and labeling.
• Review bills of lading and packing lists for accuracy.
• Coordinate with the DOS pouch facility for international shipments.
• Maintain records transferring responsibility for equipment on delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
