Job summary

Multiplier Technologies Private Limited seeks a seasoned Manager IT & Security to own the IT operations and drive a robust security program across a distributed, remote-first workforce. You will define policies, lead audits, and scale controls across SOC 2, GDPR, and ISO 27001 while championing automation and AI-driven improvements.

You will collaborate with Engineering, People, Legal, and Finance to embed security as an enabler, not a gate, and manage vendor relationships and cost-conscious

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT and security experience in SaaS environments.
• Experience building IT operations infrastructure from scratch.
• Hands-on with cloud-first tooling and modern security stacks.
• Proven ability to lead audits and maintain cross-functional compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own IT operations end-to-end for a distributed workforce.
• Define and mature the security program including SOC 2, GDPR, ISO 27001.
• Build automation and SOPs to scale IT operations.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance workflow automation and threat detection.
• Partner with Engineering, Legal, People, and Finance to embed security best practices.
• Manage vendor relationships, license audits, and tool consolidation.
• Define operational metrics and communicate security health to leadership.
