Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to serve as the central coordination point between client stakeholders and the implementation partner. You will own internal client deliverables, stakeholder communications, risk mitigation, change management, and migration readiness for a global network segmentation initiative across 19 facilities.

You'll lead organizational change, drive consensus, and ensure zero unplanned manufacturing downtime while coordinating with cybersecurity teams,

Qualifications

• 8-15+ years of project management experience preferred.
• Experience leading global infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, or manufacturing technology initiatives.
• Proven success managing programs with multiple concurrent workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational change management efforts.
• Act as primary liaison between client and implementation partner.
• Coordinate activities between cybersecurity teams, network engineers, equipment managers, and plant-floor process engineers.
• Develop and execute project communication plans.
• Manage project risks and mitigation strategies.
• Conduct production-impact assessments.
• Coordinate migration schedules and cutover activities.
• Ensure adherence to maintenance and change windows.
• Manage internal governance related to cybersecurity and compliance.
• Support IEC-62443 program controls.
• Oversee third-party vendor remote access governance.
• Provide executive status reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Drive successful implementation with zero unplanned manufacturing disruption.
