Job summary

Stefanini Group is seeking an IT Operations Analyst for a globally recognized company in Owensboro, Kentucky. This 3rd shift role runs Monday to Friday from 10 PM to 7 AM, focusing on IT service delivery, support, and validation within GMP-regulated manufacturing environments.

You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, participate in system deployments, ensure CSV/GxP compliance, and collaborate with IT and OT teams to maintain continuity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT operations in manufacturing or regulated environments.
• Experience deploying global systems in multinational settings.
• Strong GMP, GAMP, and CSV background.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for IT solutions.
• Support MES/LES and lab systems in production environments.
• Lead IT maintenance, incident response, and escalation processes.
• Validate changes following CSV and GxP procedures.
• Ensure IT disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Coordinate with vendors for lab instruments and systems.
