DESRI is seeking a Director of Information Technology to build and lead the internal IT function, currently run by an MSP. This hands‑on leader will craft the IT strategy, manage security and compliance, and deliver end‑user support across the organization.

The role requires building and scaling the IT organization over time, partnering with stakeholders, and guiding an international team across multiple sites to enable growth and resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive IT leadership experience including enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, and end‑user support.
• Experience leading IT operations in multi‑site, cross‑border environments and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee DESRI's enterprise IT roadmap and governance.
• Build and scale a global IT team across the U.S. and India.
• Manage cybersecurity, policies, and compliance initiatives.
• Oversee enterprise applications including Microsoft 365 and identity platforms.
• Lead IT budgeting, vendor relationships, and service delivery.
