Job summary

Guardian Glass is seeking a Global IT BSA to join our Auburn Hills, MI office. You will gather requirements, design integrations, and collaborate with the Finance team to align IT solutions with business goals.

Responsibilities include resolving defects, Lean Spec mapping, and supporting testing and change control. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a business systems analyst or comparable role.
• Experience delivering software solutions end-to-end with business and technical teams.
• Working knowledge of how software solutions are designed, configured, and delivered.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and collaborate with functional team on design of integrations, extensions, reports, and conversions
• Connect to Finance team business goals, priorities, KPIs, and operational impacts
• Resolve reported defects and maintain solution status
• Initiate Lean Specification mapping documents for integrations, legacy Guardian systems, and Infor systems
• Consult with Infor functional and technical resources to complete Lean Spec information
• Support solution and integration testing
• Drive timely resolutions of issues impacting business
• Provide Guardian institutional knowledge to stakeholders
• Facilitate stakeholder conversations and translate technical detail into business insight
• Validate logic/configuration, and lead pre-release and user acceptance testing
• Support change control and keep system documentation and compliance current
• Stay current on relevant technologies and best practices
