You will develop SOPs, user guides, and validation reports, collaborate with stakeholders and vendors, and utilize ServiceNow, HP ALM, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft 365 to deliver reliable IT solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of IT application support experience.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Familiarity with computer system validation and GxP compliance.
• Proficiency in technical documentation.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT application support with focus on troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
• Conduct business analysis to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Ensure computer system validation and compliance with GxP standards.
• Develop technical documentation including SOPs, user guides, and validation reports.
