Qualifications

Responsibilities

Identify, recommend, and implement application technologies and IT solutions.
Support application design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and optimization.
Collaborate with architects, managers, and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
Manage the full application lifecycle from requirements to production deployment.
Provide application support and resolve issues to ensure reliable service.
Deliver user training and enable adoption of new tools and processes.
Maintain application records data within ServiceNow CMDB.
Ensure compliance with governance standards and cybersecurity requirements.
