Responsibilities

• Lead issues and crisis communications strategy and response.
• Manage issues triage, messaging, and executive updates across channels.
• Lead issues communications team and coordinate external agencies.
• Develop proactive and reactive messaging for varied audiences under tight deadlines.
• Counsel leaders on appropriate approaches to issues and crises.
• Monitor media and policy trends to advise on communications strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Incident Command.
