• Lead teams in investigating and resolving high-impact brand incidents and IP-related escalations.
• Draft and present deep-dive documents, including responses to senior executives and time-sensitive issues.
• Drive resolution of projects to improve operational and process efficiency with data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify data sources contributing to risk-based assessments.
