Job summary

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic performance.
• Engineering background with solid technical foundations is preferred.
• Experience practicing patent law and advising on IP matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage invention disclosures and patent portfolio, including coordination with inventors and patent committees.
• Prosecute patent applications in the US and abroad, and manage outside counsel.
• Perform due diligence and freedom-to-operate analyses for product development and licensing.
