Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years progressive financial experience with accounting knowledge.
• CPA preferred; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare executive level reporting for the McCormick Management Committee and Board on investors, including factors affecting share price and ownership.
• Prepare materials for quarterly financial results: conference call script, presentation, press release, and internal communications.
• Manage IR processes: quarterly calls, annual report, proxy, shareholder meetings, roadshows, and external providers.
• Develop investor information for the IR website and keep content management system current.
• Support monthly/quarterly/year-end IR accounting, forecast and budget activities related to equity, dividends, and tax reporting.
• Develop IR knowledge of NYSE requirements and coordinate with outside agencies as needed.
