McCormick & Company, Inc. seeks a Financial Reporting Analyst to support annual and quarterly SEC filings from its Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, MD.
The role reports to the Assistant Controller and requires strong accounting and financial analysis skills within a team responsible for external financial reporting. The candidate will coordinate with corporate controllers, auditors, and management, ensuring timely balance sheet reconciliations, SOX controls, and compliance with US GAAP.

Position Overview
Assisting the preparation of the annual report (10K), quarterly reports (10Q’s) and other SEC filings, disclosure controls and procedures, preparing financial analyses and presentations for management and keeping current on new accounting standards issued by the various regulatory bodies with regard to their financial impact on the Company. Responsible for various accounting analysis for certain employee benefit related matters, financial statement preparation and audit coordination. Also, responsible for EDGAR filings and related Extensible Business Reporting Logic (XBRL) for McCormick.
