Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field with a strong academic record; 3.0 GPA preferred.
• 0–2 years of professional experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• Interest in data analysis, automation, process improvement, product management, investments, or financial operations is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to real projects that support how LMI manages technology, data, products, operations, and strategic initiatives.
• Work alongside professionals across investments, operations, product management, data, and technology while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Be aligned to one of the following Global Investment Solutions teams: Financial Products, Data & Analytics Governance, Investment Products, Operational Strategy & Delivery, Strategy & Execution.
