Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Senior Analyst of Inventory Operations to ensure accurate inventory control across ERP and 3PL WMS systems. You will perform cycle counts, reconcile stock, analyze variances, and collaborate with IT, finance, and operations to improve inventory accuracy and reduce costs.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory adjustments, supporting metrics, and documenting standard processes while working onsite at our Plainfield, Indiana facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience in supply chain operations, distribution or transportation.
• Demonstrated inventory management or cycle counting experience.
• NetSuite experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills; proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project.
• Experience with project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory reconciliation between Stryker ERP and 3PL WMS systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve variances; perform cycle counts.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Support inventory variance measurement, monitoring and correction.
• Monitor daily transactions between WMS and ERP to identify fallout.
• Support metrics and roadmaps for global distribution inventory control.
• Document work instructions and maintain adjustment records.
