Stryker Corporation is seeking a Senior Analyst of Inventory Operations to ensure accurate inventory control across ERP and 3PL WMS systems. You will perform cycle counts, reconcile stock, analyze variances, and collaborate with IT, finance, and operations to improve inventory accuracy and reduce costs.
Responsibilities include maintaining inventory adjustments, supporting metrics, and documenting standard processes while working onsite at our Plainfield, Indiana facility.
As a Senior Analyst of Inventory Operations (Onsite), your role will be responsible for executing inventory control processes. You will be responsible for this role include maintaining inventory reconciliation between Stryker ERP and relevant 3PL WMS system(s), troubleshooting and resolving variances, cycle counting, and supporting other inventory control processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to help ensure accurate stock levels are represented across systems. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining optimal inventory turnover, reducing costs, and supporting the company's growth objectives. Work collaboratively with distribution operations, IT, and finance to establish best practices for inventory variance measurement, monitoring, and correction across our global distribution footprint. Work with IT to establish process for monitoring daily transactions between the WMS and ERP (e.g. NetSuite) to identify and track transaction fallout rates. Support lead / lag metrics for measuring inventory accuracy on a consistent basis at operational and executive levels. Support roadmap for deploying best practices across global distribution network and including training and defining a method for measuring compliance these standard processes. Responsible for inventory cycle count process ensuring that inventory is physically counted by internal and contractual requirements and that adjustments are systematically reflected end to end Responsible for identifying expired, damaged, and obsolete inventory levels and driving the appropriate process with finance and operations partners Key metrics for this role include inventory accuracy, total inventory adjustments, trends for damaged, expired, obsolete, and reserved inventory levels. Prepare and maintain documentation of work-instructions and processes Maintain comprehensive records of inventory adjustments and ensure trackers remain current and accurate.

Work Flexibility Remote – Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
