Everpure, a Pentair company, is seeking a Finance Manager, Inventory Management to safeguard end-to-end inventory integrity and balance‑sheet accuracy across hardware operations. You will partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Procurement and contract manufacturers to optimize margins through BOM and inventory strategies.

The role emphasizes risk mitigation for excess and obsolete inventory, close cadence improvement, and supporting product transitions from launch to end-of-life.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory valuation and cost accounting within hardware manufacturing.
• Ability to reconcile inventory across global contract manufacturers and ensure financial integrity.
• Experience analyzing BOM revisions, NPI, and EOL transitions for financial risk.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills for Finance, Operations, Engineering and external partners.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end inventory reconciliations across global contract manufacturers.
• Analyze BOM revisions, NPI, and EOL transitions and quantify financial risks.
• Build data-driven inventory and reserve models to improve forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align commercial terms and protect margins.
• Standardize Inventory KPI reporting to improve visibility.
