Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting or internal transformation roles.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence at the highest levels.
• Proven ability to lead and scale consulting teams in a global, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-regional consulting engagements across business and technology domains.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to members of the executive and senior leadership teams, influencing decisions in both individual and group forums.
• Build and maintain a sustainable network of senior client relationships across the firm.
• Provide thought leadership across operating model, technology, data, regulatory, and strategy domains.
• Structure and manage highly complex programs and oversee delivery by Senior Principal Consultants.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to help them achieve their potential.
