Job summary

Invesco is seeking a Senior Principal Consultant to lead the delivery of complex internal consulting engagements from Atlanta. You will partner with senior stakeholders to design and implement business and technology solutions that drive strategic outcomes in a fast-paced, global asset-management environment.

You will manage cross-functional teams in a matrixed setup, develop business cases and implementation roadmaps, and craft executive-ready deliverables for senior leadership across Invesco.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of management consulting or internal transformation experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale programs across business and technology.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at the senior executive level.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large-scale, global programs across business and technology domains.
• Partner with senior leaders to assess needs, define solutions, and drive implementation.
