Job summary

Compass Experience Labs is seeking a Senior Internal Accountant to manage the profitability of our global delivery model, including intercompany charges and US GAAP/IFRS compliance across multiple jurisdictions. You will drive intercompany, payroll reconciliation, and complex revenue recognition while coordinating with local partners on month-end closings and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of experience, ideally within a BPO, Shared Services, or Global Consulting firm.
• Advanced proficiency in Global Accounting and Payroll systems.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP/IFRS and basic knowledge of international labor/tax laws.
• Expert-level Excel/Google Sheets (Power Query, Data Modeling) to handle high-volume transaction data.

Responsibilities

• Intercompany & Transfer Pricing: Manage month-end billing between offices and annual transfer pricing audit.
• Workforce & Utilization Analysis: Reconcile payroll across geographies and analyze cost per seat and utilization.
• Revenue Recognition: Oversee billing for varied contract types including FTE-based, transaction-based, and outcome-based pricing.
• Global Statutory Compliance: Coordinate with local accounting firms for journal entries, month-end close, tax filings, and SEC reporting.
• Forecasting & Budgeting: Assist in the annual budgeting process.
• Leadership: Manage Operations Finance and Payroll teams.
