Job summary

Envista is seeking a Global Process Owner & Delivery Lead for Intercompany to design, govern, and continuously improve the end-to-end intragroup process across regions. The role demands governance of reconcilations, settlements, and controls to ensure accurate consolidated reporting.

The position supports standardization, transparency, and timely settlements, reporting to the Sr. Director, Finance GPO & Delivery, with flexibility to base in Brea, CA or Prague.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent finance/accounting certification preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in accounting, controllership, process delivery, intercompany accounting, finance operations, or similar leadership roles.
• Experience with large-scale intercompany process transformation, ERP implementations, or global process standardization.
• Familiarity with process delivery or GBS operating models.
• Strong understanding of intercompany accounting, reconciliations, eliminations, transfer pricing considerations, settlement processes, and financial controls.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, Bla.

Responsibilities

• Own the global end-to-end intercompany process, including transaction initiation, recording, matching, reconciliation, settlement, dispute resolution, reporting, and control execution.
• Establish, document, and maintain global intercompany standards, policies, SLAs, controls, and operational frameworks.
• Drive global consistency while enabling local regulatory requirements.
• Maintain governance including SOX compliance, internal audits, and data privacy standards.
• Oversee process performance across Process Delivery teams, regional teams, and OpCos to ensure adherence to global standards.
• Design and enforce the global control environment across intercompany activities.
